Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the website (the “Service”) operated by Heart Reef Events (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.  

Policy for Event Bookings

Your travel & events/functions will be booked by Heart Reef Events on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
The voucher(s) and/or tickets have been booked by us on your behalf with various Service Providers. Each Service Provider may have their own terms & conditions applying to your travel and/ or function/events. It is important to understand all applicable terms & conditions. By booking with Heart Reef Events you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of each supplier. If you require additional information to that contained in the provided information then we recommend that you contact us.


Your responsibilities: Tickets with booked dates: It is your responsibility to ensure you redeem your tickets on the dates booked. If you wish to change these dates you must contact us with change requests. Any extra payments required will be listed on the voucher/ ticket, these are to be paid directly to the suppliers.


Deposits are non refundable

Payments made to us for accommodation are not transferable or refundable.

Cancellations on bookings made will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Where possible any monies paid can be transferred to a credit to re-book an alternative package or date agreed upon. Each supplier has their own terms & conditions, therefore refunded amounts and transferring of events is subject to these terms & conditions at the time of canceling.

The Cancellation Fee will apply in all cases where a tour or event is able to run. For example, if you are unable to reach a tour due to a “natural disaster” (for example a road is cut off due to flooding) the normal Cancellation Fee will apply if the tour still runs in your absence or would have run but for your absence. If a tour, event or other travel service is cancelled by the Service Provider, we will refund you the amount paid for the tour or other travel service less an administration fee.

If possible you may be offered to transfer your booking to another package or date. However there will be a transfer fee, this is dependent on the size of the booking.

We do not take responsibility if you or any parties in your group are late and any inclusions are forfeited due to this. Whether traffic, miscommunication or unforeseen circumstances.

Some suppliers do require a bond to be prepaid or pre-authorised to their company prior to your event, activity or accommodation in case of any loss or damages throughout your stay or event. Heart Reef Events is not responsible for the payment nor refunding of these bonds and is a direct matter with the suppliers themselves and is subject to the suppliers terms & conditions.

If a refund has been offered in any case Heart Reef Evets will endeavour to have this processed immediately and within a maximum of 7 days. However if a refund from a supplier is required for this it is subject to their refund processing times and terms & conditions.

If a booking is cancelled by the supplier due to bad behaviour, being intoxicated or under the influence or not abiding by the terms and conditions or instructions of the company there will be no refund offered. It is at the discretion of the supplier and their staff whether your booking will go ahead. Heart Reef Events will not be responsible for any refusal made by the supplier.

Mobile event venues are your responsibility. In the case where a mobile event is booked that you wish to cancel or is required to be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances no refund will be issued.

If an event is forced to cancel due to government restrictions, laws or enforcements or any travel bans you may be entitled to a partial refund, credit note or date postponement. Each would be dealt with on a case by case basis and is subject to each supplier’s own terms and conditions and capabilities.

In the case that a venue or supplier cancels a booking that has an alternative service booked to attend (for example adult entertainment, workshops etc.) these services will need to be relocated to another venue/location provided by you or where possible by us, in the form of another booked venue/package.

All changes made to bookings, including but not limited to; date changes, time changes, address changes, inclusions etc. will incur a change fee. The amount will be dependent on the number of suppliers, nature of the change and time frame of change prior to the event.

Balance payments made prior to the scheduled due balance date are non refundable as suppliers will be paid out immediately with this balance. Regardless of paying early, changes are not permitted to be made after the balance is paid and the regular cancellation fee applies.


We endeavour to package tours & events that will meet your expectations. However, Heart Reef Events take no responsibility for any matters that arise with regard to or during individual tours or arrangements with individual Service Providers.
We appreciate your feedback; whether complaints, compliments or suggestions. However, to the extent permitted by law we will not be responsible to you for any loss, expense or damage that you may suffer during any particular tour, accommodation or travel, no matter the cause. These matters are the responsibility of each individual Service Provider and you agree that you will not hold us liable in any such circumstance.

Whilst we endeavour to provide accommodation that is lenient with group booking rules, in hotel events etc. we take no responsibility for being evicted due to noise complaints, illegal activities or in room events and activities. If you have booked your accommodation with another provider we are not responsible for eviction due to in room events & entertainment, regardless of whether we provided you with these services.

Where possible we endeavour to give your group choices on the female/male entertainers available for your event. Individual entertainers are booked as per your request, however can be changed after booking at any time up until the event. Where possible we inform you of this and provide additional choices, however can not be responsible for last minute cancellations made by the entertainer. Heart Reef Events will not compensate groups for a change of entertainer.
If an entertainer is late for your event they will stay for the remainder of their hourly booking where possible. If an entertainer is a no-show please call Heart Reef Events immediately so we can attempt to find an immediate replacement. If a replacement cannot be found we will arrange a refund after your event is complete. While disappointing, we ask you to try and enjoy your event regardless.
If an entertainer cancels a job due to an incident where they do not feel safe/comfortable or tormented there can be up to 100% cancellation fee applied. This is dependent on the nature of the incident, when the job is cancelled and each entertainer/entertainment agency terms & conditions.


Unless otherwise stated we will assume all persons in your group are over the age of 18. You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking with us. If a person in your party is under the age of 18 please check with us whether the third parties can cater for this.


It is your responsibility to ensure all participants in your group adhere to licensing laws; of Queensland. If your group or participant of your group is denied entry to any venue or function due to being intoxicated, under the influence, unruly behaviour or reasons the venue sees fit, your event will be cancelled or certain guests will be refused entry. In this case there will be no refund offered. Please note in Queensland all licensed venues in a Safe Night Precinct do require Valid Government Issued ID to be scanned prior to entry.


All guests may be required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges or damage. Where a credit card is not available a cash bond may be requested – this may vary property to property. In addition, if requested by the Property, an acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at the resort prior to check in. Car parking may be an additional cost. Some hotels have a no party policy. Real Escapes will not take responsibility for any events shut down or removal from accommodation, including services we have provided.

Policy for Hunk & Honey Entertainment

  • All guests must be over the age of 18 years old. The entertainers may check ID. If anyone under the age of 18 is present at the entertainment, the entertainment may be stopped with no refund.
  • If you are asked if there is a mixed crowd at your event, and you respond untruthfully, upon arrival the Entertainer can refuse to perform and no refund shall be given.
  • If there is any Violence at your event or the situation becomes dangerous for the Entertainer, they have the right to leave if they fear for their own safety.
  • Videoing & Photographing of the Entertainers is up to the Entertainers Discretion and must be agreed upon when the Entertainer arrives, prior to starting their shift or performance.
  • If this happens against the Entertainers will, the Entertainment may be stopped with no refund.
  • Lap Dances are performed in Private whereas Shows are performed infront of all the guests in Costume with Music provided by the Performer. If a Performer is interrupted by other guests trying to watch a private lapdance, he/she may stop the lapdance with no refund.
  • If the Event Attendees are late to the place that is booked, the Entertainers are not required to work longer. Their shift begins at the same time, no matter when the customers arrive, as they usually have bookings after.
  • If the Entertainment is late, they will still work their entire shift, or do their performance, unless an alternate agreement is made between the Entertainer & Customer.
  • The Customer must be contactable on the date of the event in case Heart Reef Hunks or the Entertainment needs to contact them. If you have no reception or your phone loses battery – you are required to provide Heart Reef Events with an alternate contact number or another means of communication. If there is no way to contact you, the booking may be cancelled with no refund.
  • The Customer must provide a correct address for the event or organise to meet the Entertainer at a location that is able to be found to either take them to or direct them to where the event is being held. If the address is incorrect or the location cannot be found on the night of the event, the booking may be cancelled with no refund. If the Entertainer arrives at the address or location given, and for reasons otherwise or including intoxication – the Customer does not meet the Entertainer, or is not there – the booking may be cancelled and there will be no amount refunded as this covers the Entertainers loss of income.
  • A booking fee is required to secure the booking. This is done via Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card Payment, Card Payment incurs a 3% surcharge. If you are unable to pay the Booking Fee/Deposit, we can not guarantee an Entertainer will accept your booking. A receipt can be emailed to you if you provide us with your email address. A screenshot, or proof of the transaction must be supplied to Heart Reef Events upon payment stating the amount paid, and that it has been processed.
  • If you are not satisfied with the Entertainment – please notify Heart Reef Events immediately via text or email so that we can deal appropriately with your complaint. Past this we are limited with what we can do as the Entertainers are Sub-Contractors. If you are not satisfied with the Entertainer upon arrival, we must be notified immediately if you do not want the performance/waitering/waitressing to begin.
  • We can’t always guarantee the entertainer you book will be able to perform or attend your booking on the day, if the entertainer booked cancels, we will attempt to replace them with another entertainer. If we cannot replace them on the day – you shall be refunded any booking fee/deposit that you have paid.
  • If you have already made a booking and want to change times or locations then there is a $50 administration fee for us to re-book entertainers. In some situations we may not be able to change the booking as the entertainer may be booked out. Normal cancellation fees apply in this situation.
  • If you cancel your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable but if a further deposit has been paid, you may be refunded that amount minus a 10% Admin fee. In the event of an event being unable to go ahead due to Government Imposed Restrictions there will be no refund of any deposit, you will receive a credit for the deposit which can then be used for any booking in the next 24 months.
  • All refunds will be made using the same method in which payment was made. Card refunds may take up to 30 days to re-appear.
  • Any credit/debit card refunds which are after 120 days of the original payment will not have the 3% card fee refunded.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours the full amount of the booking will still have to be paid as this covers the Entertainers loss of income.
  • Heart Reef Events will not be held responsible for any verbal agreements between the Entertainer & Customer in regards to changing services, changing prices or agreeing to refunds. As the Entertainers are Sub-contractors, unless we are contacted directly and take part in the agreements – we are unable to do anything about any complaints or problems thereafter.
  • Heart Reef Events will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur with any of the contractors/ Entertainers booked through Heart Reef Events. Heart Reef Events is purely a booking agent for the Entertainers. Any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur will be dealt directly with the Entertainer and the Entertainer is responsible. In addition to this, if the Entertainer is assaulted in any way, or their property damaged and the Police are involved, we will provide any information and assistance that the Police may need from us in regards to any contact details we may have, or statements that may need to be made.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Heart Reef Events. Heart Reef Events has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Heart Reef Events shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
